Let us capture this special time in your child’s life. Celebrating your Holy First Communion is a memory to be cherished. A celebration of Christ and Family.
Communion photography sessions are great memories to capture. It’s a rite of passage in any child’s life.
The full definition of taking Communion through Webster’s Dictionary Definition:
1 : an act or instance of sharing. 2a capitalized : a Christian sacrament in which consecrated bread and wine are consumed as memorials of Christ’s death or as symbols for the realization of a spiritual union between Christ and communicant or as the body and blood of Christ.
When one takes communion, it’s an important day of celebrating Christ and being with family. It’s also almost a graduation for all your hard work and studies, to celebrate your continued and dedicated relationship with Christ.
Many families have get togethers to celebrate this holy sacrament and time. Moms and daughters, grandmothers generally go out to a special dress shop and pick out your communion dress. It is something special and often times, dresses or keepsakes are passed down from generation to generation.
Communion sessions are something we love to do and are passionate about. We have traditional and non traditional locations we can utilize at our disposal for your communion photos.
Some of the treasures passed down could be a holy rosary, bible, veil and even a dress. These keepsakes, I alway remind my clients to bring to their session, so that we can also include these special items into your photographs, to celebrate your day.
It’s a lovely time and I love using our Philadelphia and South Jersey scenery as our gorgeous backdrop. Or we can even do a special studio session for you and your little boy or girl.
It’s important to capture this special time. Bring your rosary and your bible and let’s create some magic together. We also offer special prints and canvas from our professional lab, to display these moments at their Communion.
It’s always recommended for book at least 4 weeks in advance so that it gives you enough time to have your images edited, chosen when for you to order prints in time for the celebration.
I look forward to a special 2022 Communion year.
Happy Shooting, my friends!
