According to the bible, Christians, partake of the Holy Communion in remembrance of the body and blood of christ that was broken and poured at the cross. It's a right of passage in childhood, generally in the catholic faith. Among the south jersey area, there are many catholics that celebrate in this symbolization and honor to remember. Celebrating communion marks the story of Jesus. Communion is just a command to remember every time we taste bread and wine... that he is the one who provides all we need.

I do a lot of communion sessions in the South Jersey area and have a few sessions on the upcoming horizon for them next year. I have done the art museum, ben franklin bridge, cira green (really neat rooftop in Philly), communion photographs in cherry blossoms. I mean the list goes on. I tend to do quite a few of these yearly and I always try to make my images stand out from the normal and typical "communion photos."

This is one of my favorite captures in the series. She just looks like a complete angel. I love the light and enjoy how peaceful she looks.

PS. I cannot believe in another month that we will be in our Maple Shade, New Jersey studio! I cannot wait! I am going to have some gowns on display so customers can come by and check them out or choose for their upcoming sessions. Very excited for the next upcoming year and to follow my dream. I cannot wait to service the surround Moorestown, Cherry Hill, Marlton and Mt. Laurel areas (I grew up in Mt. Laurel).
