Once upon a time, in the heart of South Jersey, I discovered my love for photography—and the Jersey Shore quickly became my muse. Asbury Park: Where Art Meets the Ocean
Let’s start our tour in Asbury Park—a haven for art lovers and photographers alike. The iconic Convention Hall and vibrant murals create the perfect backdrop for playful portraits. It’s where I often capture families dancing along the boardwalk or kids marveling at the colorful artwork. Asbury Park has a vibe that screams, “Let’s have fun!” And trust me, the camera loves it.
Pro Tip: After your session, grab an ice cream cone and enjoy the live music scene. Your smiles will be even sweeter with a little Mister Softee on your nose!

Margate’s beachfront mansions are stunning, but the real star here is Lucy the Elephant. She’s a giant, six-story elephant that’s been charming visitors since the 1800s. I once photographed a family reunion here, and let’s just say Lucy made an unforgettable “great aunt.”

Strathmere: Quiet Serenity
Strathmere is my little slice of heaven. Its untouched dunes and peaceful beaches make it perfect for intimate family portraits or maternity sessions. There’s nothing quite like capturing a mom-to-be cradling her baby bump with the waves gently rolling behind her.
Funny Anecdote: During one session, a curious seagull decided to photo-bomb us, stealing the spotlight and a slice of someone’s pizza!

I shoot here year-round, from summer beach sessions to Christmas portraits with twinkling lights and festive cheer. There’s something so timeless about Cape May—it’s like stepping into a Hallmark movie.
Funny Anecdote: During one Christmas session, a toddler refused to smile… until we bribed him with a candy cane. The result? Sticky hands and the sweetest grin ever.
