Shooting Star Photography LLC - Capturing Cherished Memories

I had an incredibly busy summer season with Shooting Star Photography LLC! Despite all the challenges and uncertainties that the 2020’s brought, I am incredibly grateful to have been able to work in the job that I love. When the pandemic first started, I was anxious about how the summer season would unfold. Many of my loyal clients had to reschedule or cancel their sessions due to the restrictions.

Although I was worried, I wished them all well and hoped to see them next year. However, as the summer weeks went by, I started receiving more and more inquiries, and before I knew it, I was fully booked. In fact, I even found myself slightly overbooked as I tried to accommodate everyone.
I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to all my clients who entrusted me with capturing their precious family memories.

Throughout the summer, I had the pleasure of working with both familiar and new families, which was truly delightful. I photographed families and couples along the picturesque Jersey shore, including Long Beach Island, Brigantine, Atlantic City, Margate, Ventnor, Ocean City, Sea Isle, Avalon, Stone Harbor, North Wildwood, Wildwood Crest, and Cape May. During my time at these beaches, I discovered some new personal favorites, although I still hold a special fondness for Ocean City and Cape May.

Being able to live so close to the ocean has made me realize just how fortunate I am. I love the fact that I can capture precious moments for families and couples in their happy place. Whether it's the serene beauty of the sunrise or the golden glow of the sunset, both times of day offer perfect lighting for capturing stunning photographs. Moreover, the skies this summer were absolutely breathtaking, adding an extra touch of magic to each session.

Once again, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all my clients for their trust and support. It has been an incredible summer season filled with cherished memories, and I am truly grateful.

Wildwood Family Photography Sessions

As a photographer, I had always been fascinated by the Wildwood boardwalk, with its bright lights and vibrant colors. It was a place where memories were made, where families laughed and had fun together. 

I have photographed countless families over the years, capturing their special moments and preserving them for years to come.

Last summer, I had the pleasure of photographing the Johnson family on the boardwalk. They had just arrived in Wildwood and were eager to explore everything the city had to offer.

We were waiting on the sun to drop a little more so we walked along the boardwalk, we passed by the various eateries and shops, taking in the sights and sounds around us. Watch the tram car blasting out! The scent of fresh pizza wafted through the air, and I knew we had to stop at Angelo's for a quick bite.

After we finished our pizza, we headed towards Morey's Pier, where the Johnson kids were thrilled to ride the various amusement rides. I took advantage of the colorful backdrops and captured some amazing shots of them on the Ferris wheel and the roller coaster. As the sun began to set, we made our way to the beach for a stunning sunset session. The colors of the sky were breathtaking, and I captured some of the most beautiful shots I had ever taken.

Over the years, I have come to love Wildwood and all it has to offer. It is a place where families could come together and make memories that would last a lifetime. It gets better and better every year. And as a photographer, I am honored to be able to capture those memories and preserve them for future generations to enjoy.
